How To Buy (Auction Agency)

Net Gate Asia will Search vehicle and place a bids for you. You don't need to waste your time to find the one your are looking for from thousands of Auction data.
We have access to most of Auction held in Japan. Based on your reqeust, we could find your car and arrange the shipment. Please read the followings and fill-out the Auction Order Form:

(2) Please note that Net Gate Asia charge Auction Agent Fee as follow:

(Auction Agent Fee)
For EACH purchased car by using Auction Agent Service, the following FOB Fee charges to you:
FOB Purcahsed Price
1 Yen to 500,000 Yen - Fee is 50,000 Yen per car
500,001 Yen to 1,000,000 Yen - Fee is 70,000 Yen per car
1,000,001 Yen to 2,000,000 Yen - Fee is 90,000 Yen per car
2,000,001 Yen to 3,000,000 Yen - Fee is 100,000 Yen per car
3,000,001 or over - Fee is 120,000 per car

* Auction Agent fees do not cover anything such as Japan side loading costs, ocean freight costs, Insurance, unloading, or inspection costs inJapan/destionation country etc.

(3)Extra Cost
In addition to successful bid price and Auction Agent Fee, you need to pay for extra cost, such as auction fee, domestic transportation fee, de-register/export documentation fee etc. However, Net Gate Asia will inform you all extra costs occur in Japan prior to bidding. (You will be responsible for all cost and requirements such as Customs, compliance, tax, duty, registration which occurs in your destinated country).

(2) Net Gate Asia reply to your reqeust within 1 business day.
(3) If you confirm your reqeust, please transfer the dposit into Net Gate Asia Account:

100,000 Yen or 50% of your bid amount in Japanese Yen (whichever is greater) per car.

(1) After receving your confirmation and deposit, Net Gate Asia place a bid on your behalf. And as soon as Auction is over, we report the result to you via e-mail.

(2) If bid is successful, Net Gate Asia make an Invoice and e-mail it to you. Please transfer of the blance (indicated on Invoice) within 48 hours purchased in Japan to Net Gate Asia bank account. (Your deposit can be used as a part of payment or you can keep your deposit for next order).

(3) If bid is not successful, we will refund your deposit to your bank account. Or you could keep your deposit for next order.

(1) After received the balance from you, Net Gate Asia begins export procedure for your vehicle. We will provide you with all the documents required to import your vehicle including Bill of Lading(B/L) directly to you by EMS/DHL/etc.

(Cancelation)
Before biding ; No Cancelation Charge
Within 1 hour of successful biding ; 100,000 Yen Cancelation Charge
Before booking shipment: 30% of Invoice Amount
After booking shipment: we cannot accept the cancelation.
